Minecraft Modding
You may have come across elements in Minecraft that don't look like the game you know and love. Most likely, these are mods created by players with some crazy ideas! Whether it's creating your own custom mod or changing the color of a block, it all needs to be done using advanced tools that live outside of the game. In this class, students are instoduced to MCreator, a mod making software with no need for coding experience. Students can create their own blocks, invent recipes, biome elements, and event their own custom dimension! Advanced students, over a series of classes, will be able to use Artificial Intelligence, Events, and create user-based work flows, with the final project of publishing their own stand-alone mod!
