Fidelity House is now offering a Preschool / Pre-Kindergarten Extended Day Program! Children currently enrolled in Fidelity House's Preschool or Pre-Kindergarten are welcome to register for the additional 12:30-5:00 pm hours for only an additional $34.00 per day.  Children coming from K1 at St. Agnes can join at 2:00 pm for $22.00 per day. 

Please complete a registration form letting us know what days and times you would like to add. 
Billing will be done monthly-you will be billed for the days you are registered.  
Current EEC forms and up-to-date physical and immunizations must be on file.
