Fidelity House offers a summer program for children who are entering Kindergarten or 1st grade and is set to begin Monday, June 28!  We are looking forward to another summer of adventures and friendships and a chance to make memories that last a lifetime!      
          Fidelity House is entering our 2nd summer of providing day camp activities that are both kid approved and meet all the covid protocols to insure the health & safety of our campers, staff and community!  Our days are filled with  arts & crafts, sports-indoor & outdoor, drama, library visits, story time, local field trips, cooking, exploration, music, computer time, Red Cross swimming lessons (through Aug. 13), group games & science discovery.   Program hours are 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with extended care available until 5:30 p.m.  Registration is weekly.     CLICK HERE if LOOKING for AUGUST 23 -27, AUGUST 30 -  SEPTEMBER 3.

Anyone who registers online MUST also submit a completed registration form to Fidelity House

General Information
  • A $75.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit per week (per child) is required to hold the spot. It will be credited toward the camp fee and is not an additional fee.
  • Enrollment is accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
  • We ask all registrations be made by the Friday preceeding the week you are adding. A $20 late fee will be added for last minute registrations after Friday. Sign up for 5 or more full weeks at the same time and receive a $25 discount per week.

Before Attendance at Camp
a). Any BALANCE DUE for the upcoming week must be paid the preceding Friday. Please note we do not send out weekly bills.
b). A DOCTOR signed/MEDICAL (Immunization) RECORD is mandatory and requested 1 WEEK before your child attends.
c). Department of Early Education and Care FORMS are mandatory and requested 1 WEEK before your child attends camp.
d). ALL MEDICATIONS (short term/long term) require a medication authorization on file. Please request the form if applicable.

2021 Camp Fees
  • Week 1 - June 28 - July 2 : $400
  • Week 2 - July 6 - 9 : (No Camp July 5) $320
  • Week 3 - July 12 - 16: $400
  • Week 4 - July 19 - 23: $400
  • Week 5 - July 26 - 30: $400
  • Week 6 - August 2 - 6 : $400
  • Week 7 - August 9 - 13: $400
  • Week 8 - August 16 - 20: $400
  • Kindergarten, 1st Grade Camp will be available August 23 – September 10 for our 2021 Campers who attend between June 28 and Aug. 20. Contact Fidelity House for registration form.
  • 5 or more weeks at initial registration: $375 per week

Pre-Paid Extended Care
  • Extended care for campers not previously signed up will be provided at a rate of $3.00 per 15 minutes, payable at pick-up time that day.
  • 4:30-5:30 $40 per week.

Massachusetts Department of Public Health (MDPH)
This Camp complies with regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and is licensed by the local board of health. MDPH regulations require Camps to have Health Care, background checks and discipline policies in writing and available for parent/guardian review upon request.
